The search for a new boat begins
We still haven't been able to get into New Orleans to see our boat, but officially - it's totaled. Michele & I have begun the exciting and confusing process of finding a replacement. Our friends Ken & Becky have been kind enough to provide us with housing, Internet access and long distance phone service. We can't thank them enough! The plan is to travel to Florida next week and see as many boats as we can while leaning on the kindness, home and car of my parents in St. Pete.
We are still going cruising this fall as soon as the hurricanes are done.
